  Staff makes us feel comfortable. We came KL at 5 am, it was so early to check-in, but Ancasa Express @Pudu did not take any extra charge due to early check-in *happie :)*. Our experience here overall was wonderful and would definitely go again. If you're on a budget you should give Mirama a try. I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
