The warm and friendly welcome when we arrive, we have used this hotel for the last three years when in KL. Hot water is on tap for coffee/tea making (provide your own ingredients) cold water too. Lounge area on first floor, and though check out is at twelve they do allow us a room to take a shower if we are on a late flight. I would recommend this

I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang. A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier
