  Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The location is fantastic ( 7min walk to Petronas Twin Towers, 10 min to KL Tower, many resturants close to the - The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is heerlijk. eten in restaurant is ook goed. Leuk het uitzicht op de twin tower. Goed lokatie! - location, value for money. right in the centre of KL - very nice place
