  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. The closeness to klia express and ease of getting to the airport - Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

  A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk ... wat mensen zeggen » and takes you to the centre. - The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do". Rao and Nick on the front desk are just excellent and very professional. Keep it up…
