I like the staff's approach to us, very kind, helpful and considerate. They always greeted us when we passed by to them. All that we asked was granted especially luggage storage.   even though I prefer hotelrooms with a window i did not mind too much that this room did not have a window. this way it was very quiet. room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. i needed to get to the 'Sentral' station very early in the morning, so the location was ideal.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the crowded markets with suitcases. Alcohol only see - THe location was perfect. We arrived at 5am and were concerned about getting to our hotel so we picked this one right next to a train station. The transfer went smoothly and the hotel staff gave us our room at 5am! The next morning we walked to the bird and butterfly sanctuary stopping at a mosk and a few other tourist spots.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.
