We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It has a wonderful set of young and very helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we commend it for the excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we were happy with the attached bathroom. We liked the window view from our room and also liked the fact that there was 24X7 security staff by the door. Hotel is close to three major shopping complexes. Two are within walking distance.
alle beoordelingen » Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel. The staff were lovely - couldn't do enough to help which I really appreciated. The room was clean and modern and had everything I needed, the coffee was very nice. Wet room shower room was great as was the flat screen tv. I would stay here again. The Concept and the design of the hotel is very unique. Every corner of the building are properly design. Colorful and ambience atmosphere makes me feel so cozy the first time I stepped in the hotel. nice place , clean , tidy , good location , good breakfast , nice polite staff unlike most malayian hotel workers or taxi drivers or coach drivers who are usually miserable rude people. The staff were polite and served us with juice the moment we checked into the hotel. The room was neat and clean, worth staying as it is near the bridal studio. The design of the room is simple and stylish. There's hotel security. Good location, walking distance to nearby eating places and KSL Mall. Satisfied.nice rooms.easy excess to city by driving.wifi is good.near to 24hrs food shop n money changer.car wash is juz behind. Location is very centralise. Near to pelangi plaza and also taman sentosa which had lots of good foods. I stay 2 night ,the hotel staff is friendly..the room is clean & beutiful desgin, have speed wifi. Great Staff! And a uniquely designed hotel. There is a food court down the road to die for!!. The washing basin is not located in the bathroom/toilet. The internet line is fast. The room's design is cool. The staff are friendly. breakfast spread is just nice. the Lobby design is very stylish and classy. Even the lift looks classy. Like the decoration in the room warm light romantic lighting. And front desk staff assist housekeeping to clean up room to ensure its ready.The effort is there. Security is good. Felt safe as hotel entrance can only be access through room key card. Funky designs. The design of the room. I like the colours. Hotel near busy street but there wasn't a problem driving to and from hotel. The hotel room lamp is dirty and some dust fell while I was washing my hand. Location is not very accessible. We had to take bus in order to reach the hotel. It sounds odd and I never thought to ask before being allocated the room but it didn't have a window which I found a bit disconcerting - no telling whether it was day or night. So tired when I got there that I didn't quibble and I was only there two nights so no point changing. On the plus side while the monsoon storm was raging outside at least the lightening couldn't come in through the window and zap me : D. No comment. The aircon was faulty and it wasnt cool throughout the night. The toilet is alittle small and there is no fridge in the room. Parking is limited. For a new hotel, surprised to see quite a lot of ants around. room too small, without room service, abit noisy & the room price is abit expensive, proposed to be improvements. All good!. Less of the main plugs. Foods for breakfast so so. Problem of the safe box problem can lock cant open. No cupboards to storage or hang clothings. Lack of parking space. Room have ants!. The shower head is not properly secured. no fridge, even if a small one. TV...maybe can add some astro movie... Out of location. There was a weird medicated smell in the room which lasted the whole duration of the stay.the breakfast buffet which was served during our stay doesn't contain meat but they did serve nasi lemak but not everybody eats nasi lemak. I suggest they should at least place at least one kind of meat to match the fried rice. Less of socket in the room, less of parking lot. Checked in at 2.15 but room is not ready. 1 room ready at 2.40, while another room almost at 3pm. Maybe a bit more lighting around parking area as that road is rather dim. Hotel location is convenient and near amenities but that area is rather sleazy. Bathroom too small, tv station is always blur vision. No room services. Small room, expensive. small room. The food need to be imporve. Small toilet space. Bedsheets had stains. The doorway was stuffy and warm. Not much food choice around the area. Small room, police check on 145am, internet speed is onli average. Like a backpackers paradise. Room is too small for the price.
