Our stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant., the location is good and the staff is friendly. The rooms was very clean and tidy, quite spacious as well, bathroom is more than standard. .The hotel doesn't have a cafe. But not to worry as the hotel is greatly located within the city centre of Ipoh. Below the hotel there's pizza hut & KFC and they are 24hours open ;) 50metres away you'll find a shopping mall called The Store. The desk staff were friendly and helpful they genuinely seemed to want us to enjoy our stay. 24-hour security guard at hotel entrance. Basic (Tune-style) rooms were very clean and comfortable with fast free wi-fi. Walking distance to good local food, night market as well as some new pubs and bistros.

Hotel is new and nice, Staffs are friendly and helpful, Room is big, clean, comfortable. Key card for lift and room make us feel secured. Check-in Check-out is easy. Staff help to pay parking coupons. Near food outlets and The Store supermarket.
Friendly, helpful staff eager to ensure we have a good stay. Location was good - quiet but convenient, and good food within walking distance. Hotel staff also helped arrange transport and activities. Room is very comfortable and WIFI is strong.
Nice cozy room, accomodating staffs and security as only guests with room cards could access the floors, free high speed wi-fi on all floors. Ample choice of food around, local or fast food.

-We could hear the traffic and pedestrian since the windows are not insulated but this was not a major nuisance but could be a minus to some.
Some people smoked along the corridor.
The room is small but it is what it is. Budget hotel w value for money. So no complaint.
The staff was smoking at the lobby, and since we were a family with kids, it gave a poor first impression. And for my friend who stayed at the room in front of the lift lobby, he complained that the lift chime was too loud that they were kept awake throughout the night. Not recommended to take this particular room.

They pre-charge rm50 to my credit card account without informing me
first. Under the agreement with letsbookhotel.com, they should only charge
me upon arrival. The sleep condition for our room is so terrible at
night. At least 10 small and 3 big air con compressors are vibrating
outside the wall.
