it was the most clean 2 star hotel I have ever been stayed. thank you so much. but outside of hotel specially the back alley was very dirty and I had to close the window every time.

Cleaness. The room is very clean plus the wifi access is strong. It has it's own restaurant and you get 10% when you eat at their restaurant. It is nearby the night market, grocery, pharmacy, and KFC. Stay at Brinchang Town, instead of Tanah Rata.

Hotel located at center of Brinchang town with surrounding others
hotels. If you bring your own transport during peak time, it very
difficult to get the parking. From your hotel room you can hear noise
sound. The worst thing this hotel no lift inside. During peak time, to
be honest it not worst to stay in this hotel due to increasing of hotel
rate with less facilities offer.
So hard to find parking(if you drive there), abit noise when night time or early morning downstair is the steamboat restaurant.

Too noisy. Restaurant below closes very late and opens very early. Dragging of chairs and clattering of dishes wakes me up at night.

3) no lift had to take luggage up 3 flights of stairs
4) very noisy at nite. People was talking very loudly outside and can hear a lot of commotion early in the morning.

The staff was very unfriendly. The impression was that western travellers are not welcome. However this is the impression I had to the entire village: Brinchang. Westerns are welcomed in Tanah Rata, the nearest and most beatiful village.
i dont like the place at all and its too noisey which is you can hear noise of everything in out side and it has no lift inside the hotel. To be honest high prise and doesnt desrve it at all.
no reserved parking for guest as the area was surrounded by restaurant which they reserved the parking lot for their customer and difficult for quest hotel to get parking.
Poor water hearter up n down .not hot enough to take a bath n noisy in the early morning due to the hawker down below .not recommended to stay in future.
