  Very nice, good location, bus station walking distance, spas around the corner, room nice with bathroom heating floor, fridge, plates, kettle, bus to ski arena goes from outside the hotel directly. Supermarket, post and souvenier ship juest left to the hotel. You will also get a voucher from the reception for a discout of entrance to spa - Staff was friendly and helpful.There was all we need in room during short weekend stay. Room itslef is cozy and not bad design. Very good location with easy walking distance to many POIs. No meal option could be either cons or pros. For us it was not a problem as there are great places for breakfast around for fair price starting from 9 am.

  Helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff who speak numerous languages. Spacious rooms with spectacular views of Neman River. Food was great - very nice breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer. - Staff were very friendly the choice of spa treatments was very good. Breakfast was lovely. Room was amazing one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

  The hotel is super, excellent location, the rooms are not big, but very comfortable. There is a continental breakfast, which is included into room price. - I think, ArtHotel - the best hotel in Druskininkai. Good location, modern design, big and clean rooms, helpful stuff. Very cozy hotel. I recommend it.

We ordered dinner to our room, they normally charge additionally for the delivery so we decided to come grab the dinner by ourselves, but to our surprise in a while two waitresses delivered hot nice meals straight into our room without any additional charge.
