  Our youngest ended up getting sick our first night there and everyone was very helpful and patient. The following days our two 6 year olds and 3 year old loved the orchards, the hammocks, and the flowers all around the apartments. In the lobby/breakfast area there were books and puzzles for the kids and numerous guide books of the Island for our ... wat mensen zeggen » use. The location is convienent and within an easy drive to various local natural attractions and museums. We loved our time on Jejudo and will return - Victor and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though most of his Korean staff were a little shy to speak in English with the guests, they were not stingy with their smiles and helpfulness. Room is big, has a terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette and victor upgraded me to the suite with a spa. Though we didn't use it cos the weather was a too cold. Location is at Jungmun area, and not difficult to locate if you are driving.

Definitely will be back again! - Concierge staff were extremely helpful and supportive in planning our day trips and itineraries, arranged for transport, walked us to our driver and translated - just unbelievable! Always 3 or more people at the desk never had to wait. Great overall hotel facilitie and restaurants. Spa treatments were also unbelievable.

It's the best korean soup for summer time 8) 7-11 is just outside the hotel very convenient 9) aritaum which sells laneige n othet cosmet - One of the best hotels I've stayed at in my whole life. Thouhg it was expensive, but it was really nice, breath taking view, very spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice resturants, excellent breakfast, Dinner with the Volcano Show was nice, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools for kids and adults, nice relaxing facilities at the beach, and great idea for the barbeque at the camping area but we did not try it :).
