  Excellent hotel. I have been to Busan 4 times each staying at a different hotel, this is by far the best of all of them. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast buffet - The service was excellent and my initial complained (construction noise) was dealt with professional manner by the assistant manager on duty Mr. Lee.

  The room I had was very big and spacious. The beds were big. The staff spoke English and was very friendly. There are computers in the room for you to use. My room had a refrigerator and stove with pans, plates, and utensils if you needed it. There was also a water filter to use. The rooms were very clean and very nice.
