  Being a small hotspring town meant that it was tougher getting English language support but Yadoya's Naoko-san speaks such perfect English that she made my stay a very enjoyable one! Naoko-san is very personable and takes time to explain every detail and recommending restaurants around the area to eat. Thank you for the hospitality! The best part ... wat mensen zeggen » about the ryokan is its location! It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main shopping street - Yunotsubo Kaido, and 10 minutes to walk to Lake K - I like the private room of 熱溫泉 as I have privacy and both indoor and outdoor are available for me to try. The staff are all very nice and pleasant. If their English language ability is better, easier communication is possible.
