We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb.
We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.

It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! Very nice pick for a night over between a shinkansen from Nagoya and flight back home. Proximity to Shinjuku station is a great plus, orange building is easy to spot from afar, neighborhood is very clean and safe (as is the rest of Tokyo, for that matter!).

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous.
