  Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. They were very friendly and helpful however, and stored our luggage for us after we checked out while we were out. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and ... wat mensen zeggen » they looked brand new. Breakfast was good but not amazing. - Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.

  The staff was very gracious. Towels were changed daily but no sure about bed which was made up daily. However some scuffs on walls and stain in carpet which may have tried to remove. When arrived were given room on 9th floor which was smoking room. When asked if nonsmoking available we were given another room on same floor mildly better. Don't recall that I could make room preference when making online reservation. - Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

Firstly the location, right between Harajuku and Shibuya.   Excellent central location in Asakusa, if that's where you want to stay in Tokyo. It suited us very well for 2 nights, because we wanted to leave early a.m. for Nikko (train from Asakusa). We were pleased to find there are some of Tokyo's main attractions there, others travel out of central Tokyo to see them.
