This hotel is in a really great location. Close to the Asakusa Gate and temple and there are many small shops and restaurants close by. For Tokyo staying in Tokyo as a family of 4 we had plenty of space in a traditional Japanese room. I would stay again without hesitation.

It was the cheap option for a central location to Shinjuku. Observation level of govt building is across the street. You can walk directly to Shin via a subway or take the street. It has many eating options within the hotel should you wish to stay in house. Rooms are small and typical Tokyo style but do the job. Foreigners info desk were really helpful in all matters.

It stands near by the Toei Gotanda station A6 exit.But if you carry large baggage,it is more convenient to the hotel from A3 exit.It is easy to shop and eat at night.Near the hotel, there is a remy department store and the supermarket open until 1:00. The wifi and the washing machine help us a lot. I recommend tourists to stay the hotel. -

The staff are really nice and understanding to my needs. I returned back late for check out and they listened to my explanations on missing the last shinkansen the night before and didn't charge me for late check out. Really appreciate their kindness. In return, I bought some souvenirs for them on my trip to Lake Kawaguchiko. -

Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that!

Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. -

I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean.
