  Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright. The room has a accessible balcony, which - This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... wat mensen zeggen » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. View from the restaurant at the 30th flr is amazing - we even saw Mt. Fuji! Also, it is accessible to shopping malls (free shuttle bus) and the Daiba station is connected to it.

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  Sunroute hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku jr station. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and you will see the hotel. The hotel is very new and it's not a small hotel. I appreciate the service from the staff. I have a special request to arrange for a twin room in the first night and a single room for 2 nights.   The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.
