  The family room was perfect for our family of 5. The bedroom was spacious and relatively large for a city known for small hotel rooms. The apartment staff Chiseko San was very helpful with maps and very prompt replies to all my queries. Although Takenotsuka is little way off from the city, the charming neighborhood had plenty to offer. I would stay there again ad highly recommend this apartment to anyo - the staff is very helpful. we are a family with 4 kids, the lady help us to book one day tour, send us details direction, she can speak well english. she is really really helpful. this apartment is well equipped and only 2 min to subway station
