Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo.   The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions. It's an easy walking distance from the station and bus terminal, so it serves as a great base for exploring Asahikawa and the surrounding area, and it's also close to a number of restaurants and popular stores. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillow were so soft and fluffy I didn't want to get up in the morning. Definitely a great deal!
