  Everything is fine. Very convenient as it is pretty close to a subway station and has a convenience store at the ground floor, which is open around the clock. The room is spacious, well-functioned, very clean, so that how comfortable it is to stay. Also it has a good view of a Ferris wheel ahead of the window of the room. Overall, I cannot recommend better - The room is nice and very big compare to other hotels (30 sqr m) with sofa and work table in the room. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel and also in room. Convenient store is just downstair. Location is good and very near to subway station.

Guest relations was even more impressive - I was given clear directions to hotel from airport as it was my first trip to Sapporo. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.
