- The room is very clean and well organize and bigger than some other hotel that we've stayed.
- The staffs was very helpful. We was looking for car shop somewhere out of town, the reception was kindly enough to call that shop for us and check if they were open on that day.
- The hotel is only few steps from Kitahama Subway Station. From the station, exit no. 6 and turn left then you ll find the hotel.

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence

Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

centre, with shops/supermarket/restaurants/train station
