  Excellent and helpful staff. They did contact me a long time before my stay and provide me assistance. I got a quiet and comfy room. Although its a little bit far from the Nagoya station, I found lots of good resturants and shops nearby. About 10 mins walk to the shopping area!   A nice surprise, booked at the last minute and not expecting much but the room was nicely finished with a great city/park view. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, staff was friendly and spoke superb English. Underground self parking was included and very easy. I'd come back to this hotel. - Quiet area.   This is my 3rd time staying with the hotel. Great service from the hotel staff, room is exceptionally comfortable and the hotel is just right beside Kanayama Station, making it very convenient as I do not need to drag my luggage a long way. Very happy with the hotel and will definitely go back again whenever I'm visiting Nagoya. - The staff were awesome. Especially the bell boy and front desk staff. The front desk staff comfortably spoke English and were very helpful. The bell boy was so farm, charming and had a great smile which was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had everything a Japanese or Western visitor could dream of for breakfast and it was all delicious. My Japanese boyfriend and I want to come back again very soon. The price was very reasonable

  We liked this hotel as the room was very spacious compared to some in Japan. Usually rooms here are quite small but we found this just right. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very close to Nihombashi Bridge which was excellent for me. Nice and quiet rooms were appreciated. - Staff were courteous, and the lady who cleaned our room, Bravo... wat mensen zeggen » ! She managed to remove all traces of our purple hair-chalk mess from the room. Needless to say, we were both incredibly impressed by that. Clean room. Close to the station, 5-10 mins walk.

The hotel is not big, but a cosy one.

Lobby is on 2nd floor... front desk person walked me to the street on check out to ensure I got a taxi, and that driver understood where I needed to go. - -Perfect place to stay. -Right in the middle of the town. -The district is the best in Nagoya for having some beers.
