I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous.
Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.

Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff
took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional

Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. The Concierge staff were first rate. They got me all my bookings for the top restaurants with advance notice and keep me informed in all the places to explore. Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. -
