I was given the complimentary of upgrade from 4-pax dorm to single room due to hotel overbooked. The facilities like toilet, shower room are clean. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the Jimbocho railway station. I experienced both a Japanese and a Western-style room, both types are fine (of course you have to know hotel rooms in Japan are relatively small). The Japanese-style breakfast is great.
