The owner of the apartments was always happy to help us out with any requests we had. We stayed in an apartment with sea views and it was fantastic. We can't wait to stay there again. The apartments are close to the beach and a new supermarket has recently opened up nearby so we didn't have to trek up the main street to the shops. -

Friendly service, nice village. Easy to reach by public transport (we did not have a car) and the free beach shuttle is perfect to get to some very nice beaches. -

We had a great stay at the Residence Le Fontane. Surprisingly the apartments are much nicer in real life than in the photographs. Each apartment has its own small private balcony. There is hardly a better relaxing place in southern Sardinia than Villasimius and there is hardly a place with a better view and better access to the beach than the Residencia Fenicia. It is actually as nice as in the pictures.
Breakfast is absolutely fine for italian holiday standards, but could have a little variation over time.
Rooms are clean but are only cleaned once a week. There are all facilities for cooking but we had to buy salt, oil, detergent.
Wifi is good and costs 5 Euros for 1

- Staff at "check-in" was very, very friendly and helpful. Including a recommendation for the best beaches around.
- The location is just outside of town center, 10-15min walk into town, so it is rather quite.
- The villas are rather new and in good shape. If they keep well maintained, great.
