  Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. They have... wat mensen zeggen » parking, the driver took our car from the hotel and parked it somewhere else. - our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there. looking forward for the next year!

  We had a wonderful 2 nights in the Residenza Madonna apartments. It was a really sweet cosy place & excellent value for money. Our apartment was a really lovely mix of old Verona & modern facilities. Fabio, the owner met us at the front door & showed us around before leaving us to it. He also owns the shop downstairs so you can easily ... wat mensen zeggen » reach him any time if you need something. The shop actually sells fresh bread & cakes as well as wine & deli goods. We bought fresh homemade r - The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)
