  Huge room with lots space and storage. Great for a family. Complete with kitchen. Limited underground parking for smaller car, luckly we had a Mito rental car so no prob. Great location right next to the old castel Vecchio and roman door, and blocks away from city centro. If you are looking for 4 star hotel, this is not what you are looking for, o... wat mensen zeggen » therwise you may appreciate the extra space which is rare in this part of the world ;) - From arrival to departure the staff were excellent and helpful, all reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

  Top of the list would be the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman (manager?) on reception repeatedly went out of his way to assist us - from ordering taxis, storing baggage and receiving us after hours to posting back my phone charger when I accidentally left it behind when checking out (Thankyou!).   The place was amazin. We stayed for one night, which was my first stay in Italy, and it was amazin. The room was gorgeous, it was very clean and quite, and the service was excellent. We asked for a bottle of prosecco to be placed in our room during our opera visit and found it with a nice personal note in the fridge on our return. Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre. It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff. The one that we choose was right in front of Castello Vecchio (at the beginning of Via Roma), which was very new and sweets were delicious.   This place is a real find! Very peaceful upscale street within one block of the verona arena where the operas are held! This was wonderful as the opera ended at 1AM and it took me only 2 minutes to get 'home'. No better place to stay if going for the opera. Modern, slightly funky room that faced a large courtyard shared with other buidlings. Thus very quiet room while also giving air and light! Fel - Mino was excellent- so helpful and friendly. He offered us plenty of advice on what to do and where to eat around. The place was fantastic, great location, clean, spacious.
