Definately a surprise and highly recommended. Great central location and cliae to areana, theatres, shopping. Grocerry store acriss tge road, 2 great cafes downstairs. Quiet although you share the same floor with some noise as people come n go. We booked two rooms 1 for 3 kids (16/10/6) and a 2nd for parents, the rooms are gorgeous. The hotel is located in the center and very close to all needed sightseeings. The rooms are very clean and big and comfortable. The breakfast is ok for the Italy. And the are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. The owners are friendly. And the opposite of the hotel there is a big supermarket where u can find everything u need.
alle beoordelingen » The location of teh B&B is absolutely fantastic. Just around the corner of Piazza Bra, the shopping streets etc. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. We were lucky fo find a parking place just in front of the hotel for only 1 euro per hour (free during nighttime). Very nice, clean apartment with small inner garden. No English TV Chanells. Just a handy thing for kids at night. A lot of noise in the evening and early morning. In the evening is because there is the filarmony with lots of people after concerts. In the early morning (about 5 A.m) it is because of the cleaning and garbage machines which can work for the whole hour. It's the one disadvantage in this hotel. The wifi is extremely slow. Everything was very good!!! Small minuses: - No warm dishes at breakfast. - There is no any sign-board, so it was not easy to find the entrance (it's a normal flat and you have to give a call to hotel manager to receive keys). Thin Walls. It'd be good to see a staff at least during breakfast time. When we arrived we were told there was a problem with the room and we we moved to another B&B, the B&B Al Teatro. It turned out to be good and right around the corner from the Accademia, not originally what we booked. Paper thin walls. It wasnt clear how we get into the buildinh since no one opened the door. After ringing a phone number a lady finally came to check us in. The breakfast was poor and the price charged for this facility is certainly too high. central conditioning, there were no posibility to lower the temperature. More choices for breakfast.No reception for enquiries. Though we informed the time of our arrival in advance, nobody met us. We had to call by phone and wait in the dark outside till they came and open the door. Payment only by cash. The room is not fresh, strange smell. In the morning we again had to call and wait for check-out, though the precise time was arranged in advance and they came only after we call. Extreme price for such poor service.
