Nelly was cool! - Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits! The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!

The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.
Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

This was such a nice little place. With only 5 rooms you received
individual attention. Although the staff are not on site all day, they
were still available to help with everything. Just minutes from all the
best sights and the water. Windows opened to the coblestone streets
below which allowed for a fun view. They sent me a personal email before
I arrived to assure I took the right water taxi and knew exactly how to
get there. Loved, loved, loved this place. Perfect for a couple.

Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

road transport. It's also close to one of the major water bus
terminals. Quiet street with shuttered windows. Room was small but clean
with adequate storage. Free WiFi available in the lobby/breakfast
area, but I managed to get it in the room as it was directly above this

Location was great - 20 min from train station, 10 min from Rialto. Wonderful room - furniture was beautiful! We've booked an economy-room for 70 euros per night - it was located on the ground floor and it was a plus, because we didn't have to get our luggage upstairs.
