  The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient.   Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were no staff onsite but we didn’t find this to be a problem as the staff were very amenable over t... wat mensen zeggen » he phone. - I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

  The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle, tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were friendly too. The hotel staff was very kind to pick us up in Piazzale Roma as we arrived late afte - The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away). The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking). There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.
