  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The price was reasonable and the continental breakfast was great. The hotel is quiet with only 11 rooms and we were able to come and go as we pleased with lots of ... wat mensen zeggen » privacy.

  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.   As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... It is Venice and there are stairs in just about every hotel! The rooms are fairly simple. The college age staffers in the morning and the evening were v... wat mensen zeggen » ery friendly. The location of this hotel is exceptional! It was a two minute walk to St. Mark's square (once we got oriented) which allowed us to visi - Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. - Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

  Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum (half uurtje) en is toch heel betaalbaar, keurig en comfortabel. De sofabanken (2 maal 1-persoons) in de woonkamer zijn prima! Telefonisch werden wij op de hoogte gebracht dat wij vanaf de busterminal werden opgehaald/begeleid naar ons appartement, dit zonder extra kosten (ook niet voor de late ch... wat mensen zeggen » eck-in). Op 200 mtr. - prima appartement voor max. 4 volwassenen aan een zijtak van het Canal. Dichtbij een ontzettend leuk plein met leuke cafeetjes en restaurants waar het eten verrukkelijk is en zeker niet duur is. (Hoofdgerecht circa 12 euro).

  De locatie was perfecttussen de rialto brug en de san marco plein hadden geen betere hotel en locatie kunnen hebben en alles klopte gewoon van begin tot het eind - Correcte en vriendelijke bediening. Zeer begaan met de wensen van de gasten. Mooi en sfeervol hotel. Proper. centraal gelegen.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel really stood out in terms of quality (from what we saw of other hotels in venice). The staff (who all spoke at least some English) were friendly and helpful. The room was impressive and ours was bigger than I thought it would be after I read that some people thought the rooms were small. Although the hotel first seemed is a li - After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and delicious
