  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... wat mensen zeggen » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  Wij verbleven hier tijdens de eerste nachten van onze huwelijksreis en we moeten een upgrade hebben gekregen, want we hadden een gigantische kamer. Wij vinden voor €135 per nacht midden in het centrum van Venetië zitten een koopje en je zit echt in het centrum en loopt zo de heerlijke straatjes in. Het ontbijt was met veel persoonlijke aandacht een... wat mensen zeggen » voorbeeld voor andere hotels. Fantastich!!! - Ontvangst, Kamer, Personeel, eigenlijk was ons totale verblijf gedurende 3 dagen prima verzorgd.

  We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The coffee was the best coffee I ever tasted. AT 3:00 everyday, 4 or 5 gondolas woul... wat mensen zeggen » d go by with a man singing in the lead boat. Very romantic!
