  24 jaar geleden was de bediening minder klantvriendelijk dan nu, maar de prijs is en was exorbitant. - We had a lovely quiet corner suite with views of Venice rooftops and the lagoon. The service was excellent. - Everything ! Particularly the upgrading of rthe room at the same price!

  All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view. The hotel fully understood when I asked them to change my room and give a room with no pictures on walls so that i can perform my prayers. The breakfast and location are excellent.
