  Great hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic with wide variety of food, staff behind the desk friendly and helpful, cleaning staff friendly, rooms spotlessly cleaned and made everyday, close to train. Trieste is quite small so nothing really too far. I paid the same per night in Rome, Hotel Altavilla, and comparing Hotel Milano to there is like a 5 ... wat mensen zeggen » to a 1 star. If i ever return to trieste, without any doubt i will book in at Hotel Milano. - Surprisingly very Comfortable rooms, although lobby and buulding itself seemed to be rather old and little untidy. Not luxury but very good hotel with helpful staff.

  Well we liked it a lot and would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to be in an idyllic place with nice staff, a wonderfull view and very nice rooms, which were made with love. we stayed for 3 nights. you feel good there.it is possible to borrow bycicles to experience the area on your own. a big advantage for us was to have a parking area,... wat mensen zeggen » because in the center you hardly find any. and i think everyone has to try the breakfast. the owner offers selfmade cookies and cake, and loads of ma - The hotel is situated in a small village but many attractions are conveniently to reach from there (by car). For a trip to Triest there is a bus stop in front of the house, there is a direct bus connection to Triest central station. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with variations each day. The rooms are cosy, very clean and lovely decorated.

  The staff were excellent, very friendly. They were happy to call up a restaurant for me and book a table. I also heard them calling an airline office for another guest to change their flights. Trieste is a beautiful town and this is a beautiful place. The room I had was large, thoughtfully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was brilliant, the staff were lovely, breakfast was beautiful and featured local produce, there's a crazy lovely naughty puppy dog who was great, it's across the road from a lovely osteria called Marise (go!)... I would love to stay in this place forever. I wish all hotels were like this.

  Beautiful position on the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Requested room closer to sea but ended up with room in back facing street. It was ok because the hotel has such a lovely position on the sea that you are never in the room. A lovely, quiet sunbathing area with direct access to the sea. The room was very comfortable and had air conditioning. Also the restaurant had lovely food and wine.
