Apartment was very newly re modified. Kind of stylish design, kitchen fully equipped with all gear ready for cooking. Close to public transportation and by center and just 15 min walk from Train/Bus stations. Just few steps outside good restaurants and bars. Very good and not so expensive place. If you are sleeping early, better to stay in room which is inside from street. Otherwise it is to noisy, just on corner is student bar and full of crowd up to 02:00.

Antony was very helpful in places to go and eat and see. Wifi good. So close to Septemre avenue which has Los of coffee shops, food shops. Close to everything. Very clean. We stayed with another couple. We slept on fold out in lounge, kitchen dining. Very comfortable bed. He is still doing things to the apartment. Separate toilet from bathroom.
We appreciated much that we could check in earlier than 14 o'clock as our son was very tired and longed for a bed. Staff is very friendly and solved the problem with our reservation to our full satisfaction. WLAN code could be published somewhere in the appartment. All in all absolutely recommendable!.

We liked the apartment very much It was modern and comfortable with an excellent shower and bathroom. The bed was also of a high standard.
The appartment is very nicely design. Fornitures are first class and the position is very centralized. Owner is gentle and available.

Location just off Viale XX Settembre was excellent, Shower and Air con both very good, Kitchen equipment was adequate though no microwave, toaster or chopping board, all required in a real self-catering apartment.

The apartment was perfectly located, walking distance to everything - city centre, seafront, restaurants, parks. Free car parking close by. Spacious room, nicely furnished and very quiet at night.

It was a bit worrying when we first arrived as the address we had looked like a disused building. There was a telephone number to ring on the front door which wasn't very clear but then when we did everything went very well.
Kitchen equipment was very basic. I would have liked a little bit more(e.g a chopping board and chopping knives).
The only complaint I have was the placement of the refrigerator.... there was no handle (part of the design, I guess) so you had to squeeze your finger between the fridge and freezer door to open it and it was a bit uncomfortable... just a minor detail.
You need to be careful as there isn't a set check-in desk. Someone will arrive when you said you were going to check in. There also wasn't very good signage, so a little hard to find...but worth it...
We stayed at the other building. It is not as announced. No internet, No
credit cards. The landlord was not properly informed about the price,
etc. She is most helpful though, not her fault.

Checking in was a nightmare. Despite prior arrangement no-one was there to let us in. The staff member, Marina, who arrived after I skyped from an internet café, spoke absolutely no English, and continued to give instructions loudly, totally disregarding our lack of Italian. She did not know the wifi code and promised to provide it in 10 minutes; 7 hours later I emailed my request to management, and it was provided next morning. Noise from other apartments was a major irritant.
possibly that day we was not so lucky. The shower was dirty, bad smell.
Bad wifi connection, very slow. Needs a few furniture repairs (broken couch, torn curtains...). Not enough cooking utensils.
We required wifi and asked that it be available. There was a modem and a password but no access anywhere in the building at any time during our stay. The bed - it should be thrown out - the mattress was the most uncomfortable lumpy, uneven, painful thing - it would ruin your stay - maybe just our room, but I'd suggest if you book here, check the bed and don't accept if it feels worse than laying on a pebbly beach.
The attitude of the proprietor, unfriendly and apartment did t resemble
photos. Do yourself a favour a find another place to stay.
