  The staff and owner were amazingly helpfull and knowledgable, Breakfast was the best Continental we've had, fresh tea/coffee available 24 hrs,rooms were immaculate,2 outside terraces (1 of which only opened the day we were there) you could eat you meals off the floor the place was that clean,free cycle rental and pick up / drop off service to the ... wat mensen zeggen » airport(Trapani) for 20 euro (each way ). Excellent overall would highly recommend - It was a real pleasure being at this B&B. Teresa, who ownes the B&B together with her lovely mother, was glad to help with anything she could. She picked us up from the airport, recommended really great restaurants and places to go. We also used the free bikes - which is a very good service considering that the walking distance to the old City Center Is approx. 20 min.

  I liked everything about this Bed&Breakfast place. If I would need to rate the place, I would give stars, the place was better than other hotels with stars. Staff was so friendly that they even gave us food if we get hungry on the way to airport. They welcomed us with backet of fruits and bottle of wine. Each room is lovely design, bathroom is like on a secong floor of the room which means that you dont disturb anyone who you are living toget - Here you have the best view in Trapani : boats coming and going ! Excellent breakfast with a view ! The staff is very friendly , we feel at home ! This B en B is the best address in town ! very convenient : 2' by foot from the final bus stop (coming from the airport ) ( for some persons : the steps can be a problem )

  Perfect! Stephanie was the most wonderful host and could not do enough for you. Breakfast included typical continental style - croissants, jams and yoghurts. Stephanie offered extras such as freshly made pancakes with an array of toppings. Fresh and in season fruits, mixture of juices, cheese, hams , coffee - excellent we wanted for nothing. Location - 2 seconds - We arrived at BnB Petali off a late flight (midnight!) from London and the lovely hostess Stefania stayed up late to welcome us. She was very helpful, giving us a map and marking on it points of interest and bus times particular to our visit, as well reccommendations for food. Breakfasts included fresh fruit (a nice touch!) and home made cake / muffins as well as pastries, yoghurt etc. Although not in the historic centre, the location of BnB Petali suited us because it was quiet and so easy to

The place is very clean and the beds are good, though we could have wished a larger one. Maybe they have different sizes, so you should ask. Was met by the owner who spoke perfect English, very polite and helpfull. The lady who was at breakfast was equally as polite. The double room I had was very clean and had very nice bathroom. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the downtown and it is also a great location from which to drive to see nearby sights. We stayed a night before an early morning flight. Receptionist organised our taxi, which arrived on time and cost 30 euros. Very clean apartment, good shower, plenty of room in the 2 bed apartment. Wifi in hotel lobby area worked well. Good location for exploring historic area, and it is not near a noisy bar or restaurant.

  Annalisa the owner was really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of good tips and useful info. The shared kitchen area and fridge was great for making quick snacks, cups of tea, storing food, etc. Great location- extremely handy for buses to and from airport, Erice, Palermo... also very easy to walk into the old town.
