  We went to Aquiliea for the mosaics and found this B&B through letsbookhotel.com. It is very close to the centre, situated on a beautiful property and the family that manages it are lovely, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The restaurant 100m down the road has been in the family for generations and serves wonderful fo... wat mensen zeggen » od. Highly recommended. - We arrived late from a long trip, and the staff was still waiting and was very friendly. The place and the rooms are great, clean and have a country feel to it. The B&B is located near the archaeological site in Aquilea and a 15 min walk to the basilica. Definitely a great place for bike trips or hikes.

  A very nice campingplace with much room for tent and car. Under the trees, so that the sun could not burn as hot as it was.( every day of our stay 30 degrees and higher. Renting a bike was possible for only 7 euro's a day for a very good mountainbike. - We were in a bungalow, - with a little grass-garden for the car, - which was absolutely good ... wat mensen zeggen » for us. The hotel does not do laundry, but there is a self-service laundry shop in the northern part of town, ca. 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.
