  The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... wat mensen zeggen » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. Above all we were so imp... wat mensen zeggen » ressed with the staff. They were always helpful and attentive. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  Een schitterend hotel: fantastisch uitzicht (o.a. op de Etna) reuze-ontbijt, uitstekend en vriendelijk personeel, sympathieke eigenaar Jim Kerr. Niet goedkoop maar de uitgave overwaard: een luxueus hotel waar je vanzelf relaxt. Overwegend Engelse gasten. - Het zicht vanuit het hotel is prachtig...dit heeft echter als neveneffect dat de bereikbaarhe... wat mensen zeggen » id iets lastiger uitvalt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en bijzonder behulpzaam, communicatie in het engels verliep vlekkeloos. Alles was kraaknet, iedere kamer had een ruim terras met uitzicht op de Etna en de baai van Taormina en Naxos ...
