Even when our credit card was not accepted, it was possible to pay later on via money transfer and we never felt any discomfort commig from the staff. - The man at reception was really helpful.   Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

From the beautiful location, the stunning gardens and scenery, the family who run the resort are some of the friendliest people we have met ever and their hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness were first class. Four of us (two couples) stayed for 3 nights and we all loved it - "probably the best bandb we have ever stayed in". Our rooms were clean and had excellent facilities, new ensuite bathrooms etc. and even a safe! The breakfasts were very good and made even better by eating in the garden. The biggest plus was the caring and friendly ambience created by Michaela and her family.
