  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... wat mensen zeggen » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   This place was brilliant. Great location, right in the center, with clean rooms attentive staff. Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. Emmanuella was knowledgeable, warm, speaks english well and made us feel very welcome. Free drinks (juice, water, soda..) were offered upon arrival. We learned that Rosato of Rosato Private Tours is absolutely excellent while reading reviews on letsbookhotel.com. - We loved Luigi and his attentiveness to his guests. We were instantly impressed the minute we walked into the quaint property by the scent of cleanliness. Luigi went out of his way each day to accommodate us. His professionalism was only outranked by his pleasant personality. He was the perfect host and served the best breakfast each morning.   Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  Rota Suites is awesome. It is clean, modern and recently refurbished. The decor was very tasteful. Giuseppi and Rafaella couldn't have been more helpful.
