  Top quality Hotel. Everything was excellent including the Location right on Lake Garda complete with its own Swimming pool and Thermal Pool. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the Lake was perfect. Modern facilities a few minutes walk to the old town.   We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The owners and staff could not have been any friendlier. On our second day a room with a better view became available. The the hotel owner asked us to take a look at it and if we wanted it we could move in to it. We did! The gardens of the hotel were beautiful and very well kept. The breakfast w - the owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and generous. i have celiac disease and they were ready with a number of choices of gluten free items for breakfast. a couple of nights too, they brought everyone in the hotel little plates or bowls of cut fresh fruit. the pool is great, the distance to the beach, the castle, the roman ruins and the restaurants is very, very close. and they were always ready to help solve travel questions, give recommendations and even order flowers to be sent to

  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only ... wat mensen zeggen » places I've ever stayed in Europe, ( I stay in hotels 6 times a month an travel for a living)...that I'd revisit & stay longer than a week next ti - Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for viewing the village, castle and Grotte di Catulla in Sirmione. Nice breakfast. Small, single room, but perfectly fine for one person. - best value for money, breakfast has very much improved since our last stay in 2011

  Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed. Numerous restaurants are available c - The area is beautiful,views and location perfect, staff were very friendly and more than helpful with any of our queries. The pool and spa area very well maintained, an excellent place to relax All the hotel was very clean.At breakfast you were spoilt for choice an no limits to what you could eat.
