  Wonderful situation and lovely in the autumn. Marvellous grounds, access to the lake, lots of different places to walk and to enjoy the views.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very peaceful, but walk outside the grounds into Sirmioneand there's lots of activity ! - the Villa Cortine is an outstanding place to simply relax and enjoy life.   The Hotel is in a suburban residential location, the whole area is extremely tidy. The staff is very helpful and the owner is an absolutely friendly and easy-going Italian man. Good breakfast.   This place is just ideal for spending a vacation on the Garda lake, especially in summer. This apartment hotel is very comfortable, provides a fantastic view on the lake and its eastern coast. If you are travelling by car, it is much better to stay here, rather than in any hotel to the north of the catle.   Close to the public beach. Almost new rooms (in second building). Very nice and friendly stuff, who offered the free and tasty coffee everytime we walked by. Good breakfast (don't forget to ask for scrumbled eggs). Not so far from the Sirmione center (less than 5 minutes on a car). In room there were two additional beds-transformers. They have a very nice terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by. The rooms are small but clean and functional. Some have a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good (they will bring you eggs cooked how you want and cappuccino). They had free parking too which is nice.

  The staff were very pleasant to deal with and had the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. The large garden area was very relaxing and allowed you to get away from the hustle and bustle (to be expected) of the pool area. The daily cleaning of the room was of an exceptional standard. The overall experience was excellent and the rates are budget friendly - would definitely recomm - The staff was great, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. The pool was beautiful but cold in the beginning of May. We walked around the town and we were quite close to the middle of Sirmione, about 200m. The staff recommended a boat ride around the island, 40 Euros, and a trip across the Lake to Lazio. Both were excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

  The location was great, next to the walls of Sirmione castle. The town was very pretty with lots of little alleyways to explore with plently of restaurants and Italian ice cream shops. The staff were so accommodating. Our party consisted of 9 family members ranging from one year old to 75. The hotel was beautiful. And since we paid in full a month prior to our stay, the deal was phenomenal.

  Everything from location to family that run the business. Very relaxed & homely atmosphere, beautiful accommodation on the 3rd floor with excellent wi-fi service. Only 1 km from nearest shops in one direction & 2km to the village of Sirmione an all it's fab streets an restaurants etc . Will be booking here for next year one of the only ... wat mensen zeggen » places I've ever stayed in Europe, ( I stay in hotels 6 times a month an travel for a living)...that I'd revisit & stay longer than a week next ti - Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

  It seems the hotel has been refurbished recently. furthermore they have extended the wireless LAN to the several floors - and it's free. very friendly staff. the prices for dinner and the bar are ok. it is a quiet area inside Sirmione. - Good location. Very helpful and nice staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.
