Staff very friendly, helpful, speaking in Italian, English, Spanish, German, French. Stop of vaporetto to Venice right outside the hotel. - Hotel is adjacent to ferry terminal on the Venice lagoon which makes it a very convenie... wat mensen zeggen » nt location for access to Venice and the Islands of Murano and Burano.   Very helpful and friendly staff; the room was very clean; there is a garden for kids to play; location is good - close to Punta Sabbioni from which you can travel to both Burano and Murano islands, and Venice, and Lido in ~20-30 min. The location is not that crowdy and hectic like Venice; we did enjoy our quite evenings after too touristic and cro... wat mensen zeggen » wdy Venice. There are a couple of nice restaurants where they serve delicious meals at very reasonable price. In the room there is a fridge and coffee - Really great place. Little family hotel with countryside spirit. Very nice staff. Located not in Venice but we really liked the island, it's posible to take bikes in the hotel for free to ride over the island looking at buitifull view from the beach, seating at small nice wine cafes. I takes only 30 minutes to get to the center of Venice by boat which goes every 30 minutes.
