  De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche. Ook is de service perfect (aardige receptioniste, gratis koffie/thee, dvd-speler en mogelijkheden tot lenen van films) - Erg vriendelijk onthaal, in het Engels! ... wat mensen zeggen » Hotel gelegen dicht bij het station, ideaal voor wanneer je met de rugzak reist! Erg propere kamer + steeds mogelijkheid om koffie ed. te nemen! De jaccuzzi-doushe was fantastisch!

  The Hotel was awesome, very clean, well-equipped, friendly stuff and there are cameras to ensure the safety. Also the patio was a great place to relax with comortable sofas and little fountains.   Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.   This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay.
