  Amazing place . Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro . Staing at the b&b allows you to reach any point in Rome by foot without using public transportation at all. The place itself is very, very clean with ensuring every little detail of comfort. We enjoyed, of course, the huge bubble bath with essential oils ( nothing better after a long day walking!). i definetly recommend the suite for the confort, localisati

  Antonio, oh, Antonio! You made our stay so wonderful, we will remember it forever! Thank you for roses and champaign on our honeymoon! Jacuzzi on the roof top with night Roma view is incredible! We are under the best impressions and would reccomend this hotel to our friends. We also got a free upgrade to LUX as a present and breakfast was served ... wat mensen zeggen » during the whole day! Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

  It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Friendly staff, help from Gabriel on getting to sights, he rec... wat mensen zeggen » ommended a lovely restaurant that serves Roman style ( not your typical Italian food) and the best Gelato ice cream near the Pantheon. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. The food in the hotel restaurant was as good if not better than the meals we had in Rome centre and very reasonably priced. - i have been to this hotel a few times , so I know the staff . I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming !   It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.

Near tridente and spanish steps, bur far enough so it feels safer and is very quiet. Caffe next door was a great plus.

  Alles was positief ze verdienen een dikke 10. Enig puntje van alertheid is dat ivm de verjaardag van mijn vrouw een fles wijn was toegezegd wat niet is nagekomen. Echter bij het uitchecken dit verbeterpunt aangegeven zonder er te veel negatieve aandacht aan te besteden werd direct opgelost door 50% korting te geven op het gebruikte diner.
