  We loved the great location of this cute, warm and friendly 2 story apartment! It was across the street from the Coliseum and in a local neighborhood. Roomy and comfortable for an apartment and bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. Loved having kitchen available to make breakfast as well as store foods, wine, etc while we were there. We loved being - Great location in Trastevere. Nice apartment with plenty of space. Felt like home. Good closet space with hangers. Slept good in bed. Not much street noise, so did not break sleep. Nice, but small, kitchen with washing machine. No problem to cook there. Enjoyed our stay, and would come back to explore more of lovely Trastevere. Oh, and don't miss a visit in the Botanic Garden around the corner!

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

  Feel like I made an informed decision based on the reviews I read. Sure, the room and shower were quite small but I was experiencing travel like the Europeans do. I have stayed in smaller rooms. The one older lady obviously did not want to be bothered , "No parlez ingles!" We got along fine when we settled on Spanish as a co - A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given daily. Opposite to what I have read about this place, it was not nois

It is only a block of Piazza Navona, which has lots of great restaurants and is a stunning area.   The location is excellent in terms of being close to all the historical centre of Rome. It is 1/2 block off of the Campo, so you get a little noise on weekends, but the windows of LR and one bedroom overlook the little street below and it is fun to watch and hear local activity of the day. The furnitu - The location was excellent, we could more or less walk to all sites in rome, just make sure you have a good map as some of the routes are quite difficult to follow. The appartment itself was clean and had all necessary facilities, so we were very pleased! Also a quick tip, if you plan to visit the Vatican and Coloseum it is well worth gettig up early to get there for the opening times as the ques for later on can be very long.
