Extremely cooperative owners and staff - even though they had difficulty communicating in English.   They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. Bookings.com helped us with this (not sure it would have turned out the same if they hadn't). As others have said, the hotel was in a great location. Our room was no frills, but all we did - The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.

  The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We were a five-minute walk to the Metro which made it convenient for us to get to with all our luggage. The decor was very rustic and the furniture was dark - We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.
