  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a nice breakfast delivered to our room every morning.The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located only a few meters from Lepanto metro stop which made it very easy to get to and from the airport and Termini station. It is also a short distance to St.Peters square,Vatican Museum and The Sistine Chapel. So it was handy to be able to w - The owners of Residenza Rioni made this stay so enjoyable. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early. The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes. The rooms we also extremely clean.

  Friendliness of staff. All spoke perfect English and very helpful. Nice outdoor area to relax with view of river and nature reserve in what is a busy area. Nice "continental breakfast".   Zeer vriendelijk (engelstalig) personeel. Zeer schone en ruime kamer en ook zeer rustig, geen geluid van overige hotelgasten en ook geen geluid van verkeer (daar hadden we ook om gevraagd).   We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk.
