  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that! ... wat mensen zeggen » - Close to the main train station, very pleasant, friendly staff, air conditioning was great (very hot in Rome that day). Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of Marino, the owner of the B & B. He is extremely kind and professional in the way he runs his B & B. This is my second visit to this B & B and if I ever need to go back to Rome, I intend to choose this guesthouse again. - everything! the owner - Marino - has improved his english ( we staye... wat mensen zeggen » d here 2 years ago) and is very helpful: he gives you the map of the city, show all the routes, transport, orginises taxi and tickets to galleries. When we come back to Rome we will again stay here!

  Joey at the reception was very kind and helpful and gave us lots of tips about the city. The suite was nicely furnished and decorated, its clean and quite. The location is good next to "Barberini" metro station and lots of bus lines that will take you to the main attractions. Many restaurants near by. Joey set us a limo to the airport for - I had a fantastic stay at Tolentino Suites recently on a business trip that I brought my partner with me on. It lived up to the reviews, in particular Joey who manages the place was very nice and helpful. The best thing about this B&B is the location, so easy to get to everywhere of interest, and there is a metro and taxi just down the road about 100m.

Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet.   It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

Supermarket across the road was perfect, fresh baguettes in the morning. Around the corner 4 restaurants (we ate in 2 of them)- value for money. The hotel has a very cozy patio and the location was safe enough, though it appeared to be rather near from the central railway station Roma Termini. After walking the - We have stayed at Casa Carra for three nights. The room was clean and had a fridge. The location was perfect it was close to Termini station, but wasn't too close to it so outside it wasn't loud at all. You could easily walk from there to the main attractions. The best part was the service. There were two people working there Constantin and a young girl, who were very friendly and always willing to help. Constantin speaks good English and gave us many advices on what to visit, how to get there,
