  The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. He took us by taxi down to another property which was bigger, better location but just needed finishing touches to renovations. I loved the location much better and our host was most gracious - he is so nice.

The location is perfect, quiet yet within walking distance to subway and great places to eat, drink. The staff was unbelievable friendly, knowledgeable and the best hotel we have ever stayed at.   Een simpele B&B voor een redelijke prijs of een goede locatie. Vlakbij metrohalte Bologna op lijn B. Je bent dus ook zo bij de bekende attracties van Rome. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam.   We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it. Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are... wat mensen zeggen » especially impressive at night). The shopping and restaurants near Trevi Fountain were great. We especially liked being able to site-see during the - The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff. The breakfast was superb. Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort. Highly recommended for a stay.

The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

  A very good room for an excellent price. It has all the facilities you may need. As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. The local restaurants he recommended were all good and friendly to tourists. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!
