  The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. Downstairs in the resturant, Constantinou was an excellent waiter, who was very friendly and always happy to help. In the evening, we had plenty of fun with Jess and Roberto. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

  Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options, worth the extra money. There was a free shuttle taking you direct to the metro station making travelling to Rome much easier and cheaper as it is situated approx 5 miles out. I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! Surely recommend this hotel ..& will surely stay here again. - The staff were friendly and nice. The food was good. The rooms were cosy and nice. Very central to see many archeological sites.

  Alles was positief ze verdienen een dikke 10. Enig puntje van alertheid is dat ivm de verjaardag van mijn vrouw een fles wijn was toegezegd wat niet is nagekomen. Echter bij het uitchecken dit verbeterpunt aangegeven zonder er te veel negatieve aandacht aan te besteden werd direct opgelost door 50% korting te geven op het gebruikte diner. Alle lof ... wat mensen zeggen » waarop dit hotel wordt gerund. - Zeer mooi en luxueus hotel voor een goede prijs. Mooie kamer met zicht op het zwembad.

  It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.
